The 2022–23 ISU Junior Grand Prix is the 25th season of a series of international competitions organized by the International Skating Union. Competitors will compete for medals as well as qualifying points in the men's singles, women's singles, pairs, and ice dance events. The top six in each event qualify for the 2022–23 Junior Grand Prix Final.

Based on the results of the 2022 World Junior Championships, each ISU member country was allowed to field a fixed number of competitors per event.

Italy's Nicolaj Memola won the title by defeating Japan's Ryo Nakata at the 2022 ISU Junior Grand Prix of Figure Skating held in Riga, Latvia from September 7 to 10, 2022. The women's title was won by Jia Xin.

Memola also competed at the 2020 Winter Youth Olympics in Lausanne, Switzerland.

Jia Shin of South Korea won the women's title with 194.68 points. USA's Soho Lee finished second with 185.92 points, while Japan's Ami Najkai finished third.

Italy's Nikolaj Memola won first place with 225.76 points, followed by Japan's Rio Nakata and Kazakhstan's Rakhat Bralin who won the second and third places.

USA's Kayla Smith and Andy Deng qualified for the Junior Grand Prix final with a doubles victory.
